How customers find you
See how founders actually generate their first customers — and learn to match a go-to-market motion to your product, price point, and stage rather than copying what worked for someone else.

Founder-Led Sales
In the earliest stage, the founder personally prospects, pitches, and closes deals instead of hiring a sales team — it costs nothing extra and creates a direct feedback loop into the product roadmap. The tradeoff is that founder time becomes the bottleneck, pulling attention from product and fundraising, and it doesn't scale past a certain point. It's the default motion from first customer conversation through roughly $1-2M ARR, until you can write down a repeatable playbook to hand to a hire.
